As a provider of garden care services rather than physical products, traditional return policies do not apply in the conventional sense. However, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with our shrub trimming, tree pruning, and hedge maintenance work.

Our Satisfaction Commitment

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we will work with you to make it right. Our commitment to your satisfaction includes:

• Free return visit within 7 days to address any concerns
• Additional trimming or pruning at no extra cost if the original work does not meet agreed specifications
• Open communication to understand and resolve any issues

What We Need From You

To help us resolve your concerns quickly, please provide:

Resolution Process

Once we receive your concern, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
• Review the work performed and your concerns
• Schedule a site visit if necessary to assess the situation
• Propose a resolution and timeline
• Complete any remedial work promptly

Booking Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled shrub trimming or tree care service:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before: Full refund of any deposit
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% deposit retained
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: Deposit non-refundable
• Rescheduling is always available at no additional cost with 24+ hours notice

Refund Policy

In exceptional circumstances where we cannot resolve your concerns to your satisfaction despite our best efforts, we may offer a partial or full refund. Each case is assessed individually based on:

• The nature and extent of the issue
• Whether the work deviated from agreed specifications
• Our ability to remedy the situation

Exclusions

Please note that our satisfaction commitment does not cover:

• Natural plant responses to pruning (some temporary browning is normal)
• Changes requested after the work was completed and approved
• Weather-related damage occurring after our service
• Pre-existing plant health issues
